This is Sweet Savory Sustainable. My corner of the interwebs where I share the chaos in my midlife journey. I am pursuing mastery within my career as a creative systems strategist, I am raising two boys and finding balance in this new space of life. Balance with the things that keep me human. Nutrition and movement for my 49 year old frame, and art to keep my brain and hands connected. It’s a little chaotic but I am discovering the beauty in the chaos; beautiy in the middle of life.
