This is Sweet Savory Sustainable. My corner of the interwebs where I share my chaos in this midlife journey. I am pursuing mastery within my career as a technical creative strategist, I am raising two boys and finding balance in the middle of life. Balance with the things that keep me human. Nutrition and movement for my 49 year old frame, and art to keep my brain and hands connected. It’s a little chaotic but I am discovering the beauty in the chaos; beautiy in the middle.
