Welcome to Sweet Savory Sustainable. I created this corner of the interwebs to share the journey of my middle life . I am pursuing technical mastery within my career, raising two boys and finding balance in the middle. Balance with the things that keep me human. Nutrition and movement for my 49 year old frame, and art to keep my brain and hands connected. Here is where I bring it all together. If you’re rebuilding too, welcome.
